Terms of Service

1. Who we are

InayaFlow is a product operated by Inaya Flow Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). These terms cover your use of our website and app at inayaflow.ai.

2. Eligibility

To use InayaFlow you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be based in a country we currently serve (US at launch, more coming)
• Have a TikTok account or intend to create one
• Comply with TikTok's own terms and community guidelines
• Not be barred from using the service under any applicable law

3. Your account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details secure
• All activity that happens under your account
• Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access
• Providing accurate information when signing up

You may have one InayaFlow account per TikTok account you manage. Pro includes 1 TikTok account, Elite includes 3.

4. Acceptable use

When using InayaFlow, you agree NOT to:

• Resell, rebrand, or redistribute our service or output as your own product
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy our algorithms, prompts, or trend data
• Use InayaFlow to create content that violates TikTok's terms, is illegal, harassing, or harmful
• Share your account with others outside the seat limit of your plan
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the service
• Circumvent usage limits or paywalls

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions & billing

InayaFlow offers three plans:

• Free — $0, limited daily usage, no credit card required
• Pro — paid monthly or annually, full daily brief, 1 TikTok account
• Elite — paid monthly or annually, Pro features plus 3 TikTok accounts and priority support

Prices are shown on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.

6. Early Access pricing

If you sign up during our Early Access window, your discounted price is locked in for as long as your subscription stays active and continuous. If you cancel and resubscribe later, standard pricing applies. Early Access is a limited-time offer — we may end it at any time, but anyone who signed up before then keeps their rate.

7. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guaranteeon all paid plans. If you're not happy in your first 14 days, email us and we'll refund you in full within 5 business days — no questions asked.

After 14 days, you can cancel anytime and you won't be charged again, but we don't refund the current billing period. Refund requests after 14 days are handled case-by-case at our discretion.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your paid billing period, then your account drops back to Free. We don't charge cancellation fees.

9. Content & ownership

You own what you create. Scripts, posts, videos, and content you make using InayaFlow belong to you. We claim no ownership over your output.

We own InayaFlow itself. Our algorithms, software, prompts, brand, designs, and website content are ours. You may not copy or redistribute them. Trend data we surface is from public TikTok sources and is not owned by either of us.

10. Service availability

We aim to keep InayaFlow running reliably but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally have downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control (third-party providers, internet outages, etc). We will try to minimise disruption and restore service as quickly as possible.

11. No guarantee of results

InayaFlow helps you create better TikTok content, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes — followers, views, sales, virality, or income. TikTok's algorithm and audience behaviour are outside our control. Your results depend on your content, consistency, and execution.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of InayaFlow is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost followers, lost opportunities, etc).

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. On termination, your right to use InayaFlow ends immediately, but sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, liability, dispute terms) remain in effect.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as InayaFlow grows or as laws change. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be emailed to you if you have an account. Continuing to use InayaFlow after changes means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms form a contract between you and Inaya Flow Limited (registered in England and Wales). They are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless local consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to bring a case in your own jurisdiction.
